Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Peakxel Studio's website and engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Peakxel Studio provides custom web development, Next.js engineering, technical SEO auditing, and local search growth services. All engagements are outlined in specific project statements of work.

• Custom Next.js web design and App Router development
• Technical SEO architecture, JSON-LD schema, and speed optimization
• Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Website CARE and ongoing maintenance support

3. Milestone & Payment Structure

Unless explicitly defined in a customized project agreement:

• A 50% deposit is required to initiate architectural planning and development.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon successful project completion and deployment.
• CARE maintenance plans are billed monthly on a standard 12-month agreement.

4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment:

• You own 100% of custom code, custom designs, and content created specifically for your project.
• Peakxel Studio reserves the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio and verified case studies.
